What is hoodwatch? A live tape for fomo.family trades on Robinhood Chain

hoodwatch reads every fomo.family trade straight from Robinhood Chain and shows who bought what, when, and whether the token can be sold. Here is what it does and why it exists.

hoodwatch is a read-only terminal for the memecoin market that has formed around fomo.family on Robinhood Chain. It watches the chain directly, attributes each swap to the social trader who made it, and puts the result on a live tape the way a trenches-style tool does for Solana.

It is not affiliated with fomo.family or Robinhood. It never asks for a wallet connection to read, and it never asks for a private key. Sign-in is optional and only unlocks features that cost us money to run (research scans, push alerts).

What you see on the tape

Every row is one fill: the time, side, token, size in dollars, market cap, price, the trader's fomo handle and follower count, and links to the token's site, DexScreener, the Robinhood explorer and the trade on fomo. Rows are colored the way traders expect: buys green, sells red, anything above $5k highlighted.

On top of the raw fills, hoodwatch adds context that takes real work to compute:

Traders, tokens and research

The Traders page ranks every tracked wallet by realized P/L, hit rate and lead alpha (how tokens perform after that wallet is the first in). Each trader page shows their fills and open positions.

Each token page collects every tracked fill in that token with the same flags, plus a one-click research report: a deterministic tape score (smart money, structure, entry) combined with a language-model read of the token's website, socials and narrative. Reports are public; running one requires sign-in.

Why we built it

fomo.family made copy-trading on Robinhood Chain effortless, which also made it the easiest place in crypto to be the exit liquidity for a coordinated launch. The information needed to avoid that is all on-chain: who deployed the token, whether it can be sold, whether the three "independent" first buyers bought identical sizes within ninety seconds. hoodwatch exists to surface it in the two minutes that matter.

Synced buys, empty pools and copycat tickers: the launch patterns that catch copy-traders

Most bad fomo.family launches are not honeypots. They are coordinated buys designed to trigger copy-trading, pools with no real money behind the headline liquidity, and lookalike tickers. Here is how each works and how hoodwatch flags it.

fomo.family explained: how social trading works on Robinhood Chain

fomo.family is a social trading app on Robinhood Chain where you follow traders and copy their memecoin buys. Here is how the trades actually settle on-chain, what a fomo router is, and what that means for anyone reading the tape.

What 30 days of fomo tape data say about following the crowd

We backtested every tracked fomo.family buy over 30 days on Robinhood Chain. Median outcomes are negative, crowding is the strongest negative signal, and the only consistent edge is being within two minutes of the first ranked buyer.
